Ms. McCormick has served as a director of the Company since 2005. Ms. McCormick has extensive experience in real estate, capital markets, and corporate governance and brings that expertise to Board discussions. Ms. McCormick retired in 2022 from serving as the Executive Director of the Center for Real Estate at The Ohio State University where she also served as a Senior Lecturer at the Fisher College of Business. She served the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System from 1989 through 2005, where she was responsible for directing real estate investments and overseeing an internally managed REIT portfolio. She has served on the boards of multiple public and private real estate companies and as a Senior Advisor for Almanac Realty Partners from 2010 to 2016. Ms. McCormick has held a number of leadership positions for a variety of national and regional real estate associations, including Chair of the Pension Real Estate Association. She has served on the Board of Directors of Xenia Hotels and Resorts, a lodging REIT, since 2015 and previously served on the Board of Directors of Mid-America Apartment Communities from 2006 to 2010. Ms. McCormick is a member of the Urban Land Institute. She has a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from The Ohio State University.
