Ms. Kessler was elected to the Company’s Board of Directors at the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. She brings extensive experience with publicly held REITs and valuable financial and executive leadership expertise to the Board. Ms. Kessler has served as the Co-President and Co-Chief Executive Officer of LTC Properties, Inc. (“LTC”) (NYSE: LTC), a REIT investing in seniors housing and care properties, since May 2020 and December 2024, respectively, after having served as LTC’s Chief Financial Officer from 2007 to 2024. Ms. Kessler joined LTC in 2000 as Vice President and Controller and served as Senior Vice President, Executive Vice President, and Corporate Secretary between 2000 and 2007. Before joining LTC, she served as the Corporate Controller for a privately held commercial and multifamily real estate developer; Director of Financial Reporting for Irvine Apartment Communities, a Southern California apartment REIT; and Assistant Controller of the Inland Empire division of KB Home, a publicly traded homebuilder. Ms. Kessler served on the Board of Directors of Physicians Realty Trust (formerly NYSE: DOC) from 2018 until its 2024 merger with Healthpeak Properties, Inc. (NYSE: DOC), at which time she began serving on Healthpeak’s Board of Directors until the completion of her term on April 30, 2026. She serves on the Advisory Board of Governors of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (“Nareit”). Ms. Kessler holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
