Jim serves as Executive Vice President of EastGroup’s central region. He is responsible for the Company’s operations in our Texas, Tennessee and Louisiana markets. Prior to joining EastGroup in April of 2026, Mr. Traynor served as a Managing Director in Foundry Commercial’s Development & Investments group. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and his master’s degree from the University of Florida.
