Matt Troutt, Vice President, is responsible for EastGroup’s operations in the Dallas and San Antonio markets. Mr. Troutt joined EastGroup in 2021. Prior to joining EastGroup, he worked as an industrial broker for a private firm. He also has experience in energy and land development. Mr. Troutt earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University.
