Todd Johnson, Vice President, is responsible for EastGroup’s operations in the Florida markets, which include Orlando, Tampa, South Florida, Jacksonville, and Ft. Myers. Mr. Johnson joined EastGroup in 2024. Prior to joining EastGroup, Mr. Johnson was Senior Vice President for Hillwood Investment Properties. He has also served as Senior Vice President at Duke Realty. He earned his Bachelor of Science at the University of Cincinnati in Construction Management.
