Todd serves as Executive Vice President of EastGroup’s Eastern region. He is responsible for the Company’s operations in our Florida, Georgia and Carolinas markets. Since joining EastGroup in 2024 as a Vice President, Todd has made a significant impact, driving strong performance across our Florida markets. Prior to joining EastGroup, he was Senior Vice President for Hillwood Investment Properties, and he has also served as Senior Vice President at Duke Realty. Todd earned his Bachelor of Science at the University of Cincinnati in Construction Management.
